Land Registry dashboard displays wealth of information for residents buying and selling property

15 February 2023

A new Land Registry dashboard is available to view on the Isle of Man Government website displaying a range of information which can be used to support people when buying or selling a property in the Isle of Man.

The dashboard has been designed to give an overall indication of property transactions in the Island, including registration fees paid, the time taken for the Land Registry to process applications, details of all applications searchable by address, and a picture of the overall market broken down by price band.

The dashboard’s format enables users to filter, sort and search the data and aims to increase transparency around property transactions.

Property surveyors, banks, professional valuers and anyone thinking of buying or selling property is able to use the public information dashboard at no charge.

The dashboard, published by the Central Registry, can be found by visiting: www.gov.im/landregistrystats

Personal details, such as the names of the vendor and purchaser, are not published.
